Sign up for Event Day Volunteers

  • Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Fête Chinoise Signature Event.

Please note that volunteering requires a full event-day commitment. All volunteers will need to arrive at the venue in the morning to assist with setup and attend an on-site briefing.

Volunteer roles during the Gala run from 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM, and a designated team will also assist with teardown after the event ends.

Because every volunteer is assigned an important role, we kindly ask that you apply only if you are able to commit to the required schedule and avoid late arrival or early departure.

For volunteers 16 years of age or younger, we also require an email from a parent or legal guardian acknowledging their participation and confirming that safe transportation to and from the event has been arranged.

Thank you for helping us create a safe, smooth, and memorable event for everyone.
