The full moon is perfectly round on the 15th day of the 8th month of the Lunar calendar, representing unity and togetherness for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Family gatherings have traditionally been hosted in multi-generational home environments, where grandchildren, parents and grandparents dine together with an elaborate feast of homemade dishes.
明月千里寄相思，農曆八月十五中秋佳節，是僅次於春節的重要傳統節日。許多習俗代代相傳，一家人團團圓圓，齊齊整整， 聚首一堂聚餐、品茶、賞月、吃月餅、 玩燈籠、猜燈謎……時至今日，都市人 生活忙碌，與家人聚少離多，所以更珍惜一起用膳的時刻。中秋聚餐可能不只是普通家常便飯，可考慮轉移至餐館、酒店、宴會廳舉辦一台⾼雅華麗的夜宴。 為預早慶祝中秋節，我們特意設計了一桌極緻的中秋盛宴，輯錄在這篇專輯。
YU seafood yorkdale 漁膳房
In this beautiful editorial, we bring you into the brand new space of Yu Seafood, the first Chinese-Canadian seafood restaurant to open inside Yorkdale Shopping Centre. A decadent two-level space that exudes contemporary elegance and the most dramatic and luxurious hotels in Asia. Calligraphic pine etchings on dark wooden walls, delicate botanic patterned decor, natural bamboo rattan screens from floor to ceiling, fine embroidered tapestry of florals and birds inside dining rooms, and exquisite presentation dishes in the form of birdcages and modern steamers are just some of the design details that culminate in a culturally inspiring feast for the eyes.
視覺藝術是設計師首要考慮的細節，特別設宴於多倫多全新食府「漁膳房」。這間位於 Yorkdale 購物中心內的首家中式海鮮餐館，秉持着對藝術融⼊⽣活的追求，巧妙地把兩層的複合店型變成了⼀個⼤型藝術空間：深色木牆上的書法松木版畫、精緻的植物圖案裝飾、從地板到天花的天然竹藤屏風、精美的花卉和鳥類刺繡掛毯、以鳥籠及別緻的蒸籠作菜餚盛器等，為⽤膳者提供極佳的觀賞體驗。
