Fete Chinoise had the pleasure of hosting renown lyricist Wing-Him Chan for our Signature Gala and Showcase on Saturday, January 28th along with Yoyo Sham, who was our featured artist and special guest from Hong Kong. They are two talented creators and producers in the music industry in Asia, and we were honoured to have them both with us here in Toronto. On January 30th, we co-hosted a special talk with Wing-Him in Markham, at Tone Labs studio with radio personality and Fete Chinoise committee member Joseph Tsang. Enjoy some photographs from the evening's workshop, where we learned about his journey composing for artists like Yoyo Sham, Phil Lam, Keung To, Eason Chan and many others, as well as tips for incorporating Cantonese into music notes.
