As the countdown begins for the 44th Hong Kong Film Awards, anticipation is building in Hong Kong and also among audiences in Canada. Scheduled to take place on April 19, 2026 at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, the annual awards remain a key celebrations of Hong Kong and Chinese-language cinema.
